氣炸鍋脆麻花
材料:
上海雲吞皮8張
蜜糖
芝麻
處理:
1. 拿起一塊雲吞皮,對摺,用剪刀1開2,剪成兩張長方形的雲吞皮,再對摺成正方形,在摺痕中間位置剪向上一下,大約1厘米長。
2. 雲吞皮,打橫放,拉起右端的雲吞皮,放入中心的圓圈內,向右方拉直,就做成一個脆麻花了。
烹調:(沒有掃油)
1. 放脆麻花入氣炸鍋。
2. 用160度氣炸5分鐘。
3. 已氣炸了5分鐘,完成,上碟。
4. 氣炸出來的效果是沒有金黃色的。

1. 放脆麻花入氣炸鍋。
2. 在它們上面掃少許油。
3. 用160度氣炸5分鐘。
4. 已氣炸了5分鐘,完成,上碟。
5. 氣炸出來的效果是金黃色的。
完成後,加入蜜糖及已炒過的芝麻,可享用。

Ingredients:

Preparation:
1. Take a wonton sheet, fold it up, cut into 2 rectangular shape of wonton sheets. Fold them up into square shape. Cut at the middle for 1 cm upwards.

1. Put dough twist in airfryer.
2. Airfry at 160 C for 5 minutes.
3. Have been airfried for 5 minutes, complete. Serve.

1. Put dough twist in airfryer.
2. Brush little oil on dough twist.
3. Airfry at 160 C for 5 minutes.
4. Have been airfried for 5 minutes, complete. Serve.
5. The dough twist is with colour of golden yellow.
Serve with honey and fried~well sesame.
